Foundational Pathways
There are 4 main pathways we use to train disciples at BTSD:
Curriculum from Generals of the Faith
We don’t need to reinvent the wheel. Instead, we draw from the wisdom of proven leaders of the faith across various streams to create a comprehensive curriculum that covers all aspects of becoming a disciple and leader. We then build on this foundation with our own teachings, videos, and additional pathways.
Assigned School Mentor
As part of your discipleship journey, we’ll pair you with a mentor from Leadership 1 who will guide you through the curriculum and support your inner healing and deliverance. Similar to the early church tradition, we believe in the importance of having a mentor to help you develop your theology and spiritual gifts, ensuring you grow in a biblically sound way.
Zoom Coaching Sessions
As part of your journey as a Discipleship student, attending coaching sessions is a key requirement. These sessions, led by trained volunteers, focus on deliverance and inner healing. We ask that you attend at least one coaching session per month to support your personal growth and development.
Regular Q&A's with Senior Leadership
Our final pathway includes scheduled Zoom Q&A sessions with senior leadership of the school. These sessions provide a space to ask questions about theology, the curriculum, spiritual gifts, or anything else you may be learning or unsure about. We believe that direct access to senior leadership will help accelerate your discipleship journey and deepen your understanding.
School Structure
Banquet Table School of Discipleship (BTSD) is a ministry school comprised of four sequential parts, each designed to build upon the previous year. While there is no requirement to complete all four parts, you will receive a certificate for each year. Each stage of the program deepens and expands on the foundations of discipleship and leadership within the body of Christ.
Discipleship 1
We recognize that establishing all Christian foundations in one year is not possible. Instead, this year is dedicated to identifying and addressing gaps in foundational Christian teaching, entrusting the Lord to examine, refine, and secure these truths. If you are a new Christian, we will seek to help build your foundations from the ground up.
(It is possible to skip this year if you have attended another ministry school)
